SIMPLY ink’d products by HENNA ink’d, its employees, and any company or individual affiliated with us are not responsible for any damages or personal injury as a result of use, misuse and/or unauthorised distribution of this product.

The descriptions, whether in images or words, contained on our site, are displayed for general information purposes only. They do not claim to constitute legal documents or impart any other professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.

Henna Ink'd do not accept any responsibility for any loss resulting from accessing or reliance on the information on this site. We exclude all liability for loss or damages, direct or indirect, arising from this site's use in compliance with English Law.

Payments & Security

Your payment security is ensured by Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) to encrypt and process your payment details, which provides added protection when you buy online. If you purchase from outside the UK, your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to UK sterling pounds. 

We may require you to comply with additional security procedures before accepting your order for our protection. If we do not obtain required verification to satisfy security checks, you will receive notification by e-mail of order cancellation. In this case, we are not obliged to provide reasons for cancellation. We currently accept the following forms of payment:

• Mastercard

• Visa Credit

• Visa Debit

• American Express

• PayPal

Payment can be made using only the methods above, and payment for your full order will be taken immediately. The total amount you pay is the same regardless of the payment method.

All Payments are secure and are handled by Stripe or PayPal.

Images

We make every possible effort to ensure the description of goods and images displayed on the website are accurate. Please be aware colours of photos may vary according to the settings on your screen and do not indicate actual size. The material on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. We cannot accept any responsibility for slight variances of the colour.

Legal

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions before purchasing goods, and your agreement is understood to be in place at the time of sale.

Updates

The content of our site may change at any time and be updated. Should it become necessary, we may suspend access to the site, or close it indefinitely. Any information displayed on the Henna Ink’d site, at any time, may be out of date. We are under no obligation to update such material.

Returns, Refunds, Replacements & Cancellations

Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately via email at info@hennainkd.com. The order should be returned within 14 days and at your own cost. (This excludes henna cones/paste)

The courier service is eligible for replacements/compensation if lost/not delivered and discretion upon investigation, concluded up to the value of the order only. Postage is non-refundable.

Fresh henna cones/paste

All fresh henna cones/paste are non-refundable due to being a perishable purchase and are made fresh per your order request. All orders are aimed to be despatched 2-3 working days on receipt of order, and if for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled, you will be advised via email. All henna paste is tested and numbered per batch before shipping to ensure its quality. No guarantee is given on the stain results as many factors come into play with the outcome and can vary per individual. Please forward any questions to info@hennainkd.com if you are unsure.

Incorrect address

Please double check that your address is correct. You are responsible for additional shipping charges incurred to re-ship your package. Orders shipped to a wrong address cannot be re-shipped until the courier service returns the first package. (This excludes henna cones/paste as this is non-refundable). 

If we make a mistake on the shipping address, your order will be resent with replacement products at our expense.

Return postage

Henna Ink’d will not be responsible for the cost of postage of goods to be returned. Proof of postage is strongly recommended in case of loss or damage in transit, in which case a refund will not be issued. You will be responsible for taking up any concerns with your shipping company.

Refund issue

Once the item has been received in the original packaging/not tampered with, Henna Ink’d will issue a refund if applicable within 48 hours. This will appear back into your account, usually within ten days. This excludes if you have been sent the wrong product/item in error where the order will be immediately replaced or refunded in full including postage. In some cases, a restocking fee of 3% plus the original postage will be deducted from any refund given.

Evidence of damage

On receipt of a damaged or faulty item, photographic evidence must be provided.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, immediately send an email to info@hennainkd.com and wait for acknowledgement from Henna Ink’d confirming the cancellation via email. You will receive a full refund including shipping if the order is cancelled before it’s shipped.

With henna cones/paste orders – cancellations will only be accepted if your order has not already been mixed as all orders are made per request.

Henna Ink’d reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch and should this happen a full refund will be issued at the point of cancellation.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the UK (England & Wales).
